I have tried everything from plugging up its mouse hole with aluminium foil, trapping it in the same room as my cat, capturing it, several nights in a row I tried mouse traps and each time it took the food and ran off, Ive even tried living in harmony with it. I dont know what else to do. I dont really want to hurt it but its keeping me awake at night, so its not going to give me much choice.

What do you think i should do about it?

live catch trap, gotten from any hardware store - then drop his butt off at the nearest riverbank or stream. Then you can sleep easy!

i have to agree with samson - live traps are the way to go! if it's a mouse, not a ratty, you may have to get a smaller live trap, as mice can fit under the door of a ratty sized trap

i think the company that made mine is called "hav-a-heart" or something like that

good luck, o pied piper! those little critters can be pesky ;)

Hello! When I use mouse traps - I use a piece of cracker and hot glue it to the trigger pad on the trap so the mouse can’t steal the bait as easy.

mice come in pairs. You almost never have just one, and if it was over three or four months old, there's babies, too.

There's some kind of little critter living in my attic right above my bedroom and it sounds like that little thing is running back and forth all night...stopping to scratch loudly occasionally. I got this little device that you plug into a regular wall outlet and it makes high pitched noises too high for a human to hear, but it's supposed to bother the rodent enough for it to move. I still here the little guy on occasion, but it's gotten a lot better.

I kind of like listening to him when I'm laying in bed at night and can't sleep. Atleast I'm not the only one up. lol
