My friend, me, and her younger sister (who was only 15), all decided to roll a joint and smoke it on our way to this beach our family stays at every summer, we smoked it on the way there, and about 20 minutes after we were finished, we were cruisin, just enjoying the windows being down, the music, etc., when a k-9 unit pulls up behind us and the lights go on, probably one of the worst feelings ive ever had. He asks my friend for her liscence (she was driving) and SHE HANDS HIM HER DEBIT CARD...he looks at her for a second, and says "this is your charge card..." anyways...the cop was like "whyd i pull you over, do you know? what have you been doing wrong? did you know its illegal to smoke marijuana?" apparantly a PEDESTRIAN told on us, ill admit, its stupid to smoke riding around, but still, i thought it was interesting for us to get pulled over for that...anyways, they searched the car, found nothing but the tiny leftover of the joint we had already turned in, and called our parents. I had to ride with my dad alone for an hour stoned off my ass, needless to say it was akward. BUT the cop didn't charge us with anything, and I am extremly thankful for that.
you are so fuckin lucky... with the 15 year old in the car you might of gotten charges for distributing to a minor... of course if someone was older than 18 in the car.
haha yeah, its different when you dont think they know your high, then its not as bad having to be with them. but him KNOWING i was high was just really weird and unenjoyable... just didnt think about it, and my friend had gotten pulled over several times for throwing ciggarette butts out the window (as littering), so was always worried about it, of course, youd think the marijuana would make her a little more sketched out, but we just didnt think wed get caught
your friend got pulled over for throwing cigarette butts out the window? what bullshit. tell those pigs to wake up and take a trip to a city (which they obviously dont live in if they'll pull people over for ditching cigarette butts.) Make me glad I live in a big city...
yeah, ive gotten pulled over for it, then the officer tried to charge me with 5 other citations but only chose one...yeah, the thing is, my city is TOO small, i guess since were teens they WANT to pul us over cuz we usually have stuff on us

in all honesty, if you threw the roach out and the cop saw it, he would probably have been an asshole.... cops aren't all bad, and if you don't act like a jerk, they usually respect you... i mean, it is their job to do what they do...............
