Hi everyone I'm Leon - a 16 year old guy from New Zealand.. and I'm new here and looking forward to chatting a bit more
we've recently just had 5 new subforums put in the gay part, before then it was just one for everybody and every subject S
Haha ok, since I never did one of these here... Hi, I'm Aaron. I'm 17 and I live in Maine (USA). I'm not new here but I'm introducing myself all the same. I'm gay, I'm Jewish, and much of my life revolves around music.
Name's Casey, I'm sort of a closet bisexual. 16 year old atheist and political nihilist. I like a lot of music (mostly 70s and 80s punk and semi-psychedelic stuff, like the Residents, though I really like a little bit of everything), I enjoy good movies, video games, and drugs.
Welcome Leon, Aaron, and Casey! Peace, Love, and Happiness to you all! I'm sorta new-again... back after a while of being away from the hip forums. Peace, Ryvr
hello my name is Matt. I would love to meet new friends on here. Im a great guy. I am a closet gay. I have only told one friend about it. Im 16. I love to go on vacations!
hey- I'm Melissa. I'll be sixteen in two weeks. I am what I call "everyone-sexual" (or just queer). I live in south Florida, and my interests are mainly music and writing. Hope to get to know you guys better ^_^. (....most awkward intro I have ever written...)
Hi there! My name is Juan, I'm gay and I live in California but currently in vacation in Europe. Glad to meet you all here! Kisses!
Hi..new to this site and just browsing around. I live in Los Angeles area and am a social worker. But my real passion is travel. Would like to meet other GLBT that love to travel, adventure, etc. Keith http://rhoadeslesstraveled.com
Ok, I posted an intro for all the "normals", now I will post one for all you queer boys, girls, and others. I got married to my sweetie on Feb 16, 2004 in San Francisco after spending all night in the rain sleeping on the sidewalk in order to be able to do something that str8s take for granted. The California Supreme Court later decided to invalidate my marriage, based on the presumption that Mayor Gavin Newsome did not have the authority to change the marriage licenses from "Groom and Bride" to "1st Applicant and 2nd Applicant". All those long months of fighting and nastiness between the gay community and the fearful conservatives (and more than a few fearful moderates and liberals) was literally over two words. But we don't let that get us down. As far as we're concerned we were married in the eyes of God, our families and our community, and we celebrate our wedding anniversary every Feb 16th regardless. We have a 14 yo son in high school (from a previous *legal* marriage of mine), who is completely supportive and utterly unfazed by the thought that his dad is a big 'ol fag. I love this new generation My husband and I live in a conservative (in some respects), rural community and most of the community members are completely aware of the nature of our relationship. In fact, if you can believe this, we both work at the same elementary school across the hall from each other. Most of the school district employees know about us, and so do most of the parents. The kids, of course, since they're so young, don't really know that we're together (nor would they care, I suspect), but we are also really careful not to talk about it to them. It's not our place to give them a moral education; if their parents feel they should know, it's their job to tell them, not ours. (Though my sweetie has read "And Tango Makes Three" to them a couple of times, lol) So anyway, now that I have told you my life story, I will start to explore the seemingly endless hip forums around here..... Cheers! -C

Hi, my name is Ian and I'm from Manitoba, Canada. What can I say? I'm gay and I've known it all my life but I've never told anyone. To be honest, this post is the first time I've told anyone. For the past few months I've been struggling with the notion of coming out to my best friend. Aside from this board, I want him to be the first to know because I'm tired of lying to him. Anyway, I've recently committed to doing it within the next month before I go back to school and now all that's left is to actually follow through. I've been lurking around the gay section of this forum for the past 6 months or so and I've found it to be a great resource for advice. That and everyone seems to be friendly and caring and I look forward to staying here. Cheers to you all, Ian
well welcome and check out the coming out and confused subforum, to read about others in the same boat S
