I've toked up on the back of the boat for this company, located down by Leidseplein.

    Rederij Noord-Zuid

Not sure if they're "smoke-friendly" per say, but they send the smokers out to the open portion in the back of the boat. My avatar at the bottom of this post was takin' in this exact spot.

For the most part it's a better experience outside anyhow, pending weather of course. You don't have to listen to all the babble about this is this and that is that in 3 or 4 different languages either.

    Best of Luck!

Something to plan for next year there matty.

Believe me it ain't cheap, but there is no other time of year that you're gonna find the type of vibe that is "Queensday"! It absolutely takes over the country, rain or shine. Plus Springtime is an awesome season to experience the Tulip fields and fresh greenery (all puns intended, lol)

Words and pictures give only the slightest inclining of what it's like to be a part of it all in person.

Cheers to makin' it happen next year.
