my aching hip!!

    okay heres my prob. i sit in a chair at work all day. my right hip is always in excrutiating pain. same with my lower back but especially my hip...any help?

    I know that my mom makes this eucalyptus bath salt stuff to soak in and its helped me with my back and hips...

    I read in another thread your vegan and all natural and all that Im not really sure whats in Dr. Scholls stuff.. but its a peppermint lotion.. I used to use that when I had issues with my ankles/knees.. its actually a foot cream... maybe something like that might help with your aches and pains?

    Okay dont laugh but I drive truck (well prior to blowing my knee out) and to keep from getting hip/ass/ and lower back pains you can do butt squeezes. (pause for laughter)


    Yes while your sitting there every so often squeeze your cheeks together about 20 times every hour or so, gets the blood flowing. Also for the lower back rock back and forth and slightly twist side to side.

    Anyway this works well when Im putting 14+ hours in a seat a day.

    go see a chiropractor. get up and walk around every 20-30 minutes.
