Ok, so I decided a half hour ago that Im randomly going to Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, for four days next week.
I wanted to see if any of you:
1.) Have any tips on where to go, etc. etc.
2.) If you live in Copenhagen and would like to meet up.

Im going by myself, so Id like to meet poeple there. I have no problem being alone most of hte time, but Im thinking that Ill probably be going to bars and stuff at night, so Ill meet people that way. THe only problem is that I dont know ANY Danish....Im fluent only in English and German...but I hear they speak perfect Englsih....so hopefully thatll work. hehe

And if any of ya know someone who lives in Copenhagen who might like to chill, let me kno!

    Thanks
    Dylan

Apparently the secretary's their sunbathe topless at lunch time

Although that's summer and you're gay so that was fairly useless information

    Um

Danish people are all tall, blonde and beautiful!

yeah, its called hte Freeland of Christiana, and its a chunk of the city that hippies and artists took over and claimed to be their own land with its own laws and rules and shit, and its been so since the 70s. Weed and hash are/were legal there, but all hard drugs were STRICTLY forbidden by them. THere used to aparently be stands on the street selling weed, until last year, beacuse of the extreme rightwing governments crackdown on trying to get that land back. But the people tehre are still fighting against them, and weed is still seen as legal there. hehe
And yeah, my hostel that Im staying in is RIGHT there, next to Christiana. Im excited.

Does anyone live there tho???????????????????????? I wanna meet up with someone!

I wouldn't say Denmark is western Europe, and no, generally its not all that flat, but im sure if you planned your routes well enough...

And there are youth hostels all over europe, it aint to difficult to find them generally speaking

Yeah, there are enough youth hostels in Europe. And Belgium, northern Germany and most of Denmark are good for cycling.

Actually, some family of mine went on a bicycle-trip from the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, (don't know for sure anymore if they did go all the way to southern Norway) then by boat to Scotland and from Scotland through England via Calais to France and then via Belgium back again to the Netherlands. So it's very possible. :)

Its all about planning your route right really (ie, from scotland to england, you'd want to avoid the penines)

Yeah, I bet England and Scotland aren't the easiest part on that trip.
