Anyone remember that old tv kids show Button Moon?? It was amazing. It ruined my life though. I wanted to be Mr Spoon so badly. Every day that a spaceship doesn't arrive thru the post in a cardboard box I die a little inside.

OH yes, I certainly remember it. :)

I even once saw a live version of it in Ealing Town Hall when I was younger. Also once saw Timmy Mallet live there. And again more recently when he game to my Student's Union. I'd dyed my hair blue and white hoops for the playoffs last may, and he liked my hair so much, he signed my head! Result!

Yeah OK three letter then! Sorry about that confusion on my part :) Yeah I did watch Wackady and I did annoy my mum while I did, just its strange what you forget.. like those Wacky plasters and the names of the little malletets mallet. I also remember the wearing of 2 hats at the same time and those glasses.. could have put Elton John to shame! And of course Timmy can't go without a mention of 'Itsy Bitsy Teeny weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini'!

I'm not sure if it was last new years eve or the one before. I stayed over a friends house and bought the Button Moon dvd with me. I decided to try and make some hash tea. It tasted foul so I only had one sip. My friend downed the whole thing. About 20 minutes later he started freaking out at Button Moon. There's one episode with a cake that talks. He kept saying the cake was evil in a really serious/scared voice.

:( I can't remember Button Moon. I think I need to be hypnotized and taken back to when I was five, just to remember some shows. I can't remember what went on between 11 and 13 years old either. That's pretty bizarre.

This post had made me remember The Clangers though, so that's a plus. There was some odd stuff going on there aswell.

Fingermouse rings a bell! I think I have the theme tune in my head. Can't say I know rent-a-ghost though. Did you know you can buy the complete Willo the Wisp on video now? :D I think it's reached that cult status.
