I have not seen any recent posts about this anywhere on hipforums- and not sure what catagory to put it in, it would fit in several. But I think about this when there is a particularly bad natural disaster. The mysterious bird deaths got me thinking on it again. For those who don't know what it is, it's a huge facility hidden in Alaska. No, it's not si-fi, it's really there... It's "official" use has to do with bouncing signals off of the ionosphere for submarine communications or some such. Here is the "official" website, which tells you what they want you to know. http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/ But if you look farther you find that this has the capability to change weather patterns and cause huge disturbances in the earth among other things. There is alot of conspiracy theory surrounding this of course, but making an educated guess, do you think that they are "playing" with it's capabilities and that might have something to do with recent earth changes?
the possibilities of what can be done using vibrations - or frequencies or harmonics - is pretty nigh unlimited The conspiracy theory I like the best, because it sounds so plausable interms of thinking patterns,is that the powers that be looked toward aliens and decided that they would destroy the earth before they allowed them to 'interfere'.
No, i have a feeling there are more powerful things at work. I'm sure they are ''playing'' with it. The 'possibilities' are always going to be indulged upon, even if it is only within dry academic literature.
