I'm about 17 and i have stretch marks all over my thighs and breasts. I havent really gained too much weight but the weight i did gain was fast.. Does any one know how to get rid of them?
shea butter is VERY good for fading marks. I recommend getting 100% unrefined shea butter. Its not only great for skin and stretch marks it also is good for lips and hair if you've got dry hair... also if you're going to use cocoa butter buy a product that is mostly cocoa butter or it wont do much at all. also work on losing the weight..
You won't be able to actually get rid of them...however, they will fade over time and instead of red or pink, they will become a silvery shade, not very noticable, but you will still be able to see the "mark" where it was depending on how deep the stretch marks were.
no, they never will go completely away, and don't think it's the weight that caused them, you inherit the genes from your parents that either cause you to have them or not.
thats weird. my mom had 6 kids and never had any stretch marks..same with my grandma on my dads side..i have them my older sister who had my nephew has them really bad and my oldest sister has em...hell my little scrawny sister has em too
I hate stretch marks! they drive me up a wall.. Im usually this pasty white ass girl but in the summer when I tan you can see em kinda bad on the backs of my legs and on my hips... but oh wellllll just more of what makes me me I suppose..
I think I've read grapefruit is good for this cuz it's really rich in the enzyme bromelain. Theres a book out there called "eating for beauty" by David Wolfe that you may wanna read. You can get it @ rawfood.com or cheap on amazon.com
