Would someone explain to me how to knit a heel for a sock? I think this is called "turning a heel". I've tried Googling instructions, but the instructions go over my head. Does anyone know of a link or a book for good, easy-to-follow illustrated instructions? Thanks in advance!

I've always had a problem knitting socks, because of this reason. I don't know why I never got the instructions...
