i love lapsang souchong. i have no idea where it comes from but the name sounds kind of chinese. numi has these teas now that are like a triffid seedpod and you drop this thing in the (steaming) water and it blossums out into what looks like a flower and makes tea.

i recently got some green tea ice cream. well i've had green tea ice cream before several times but this was different. it was kind of a confectionary type thing. they were little ovate spheroides like bonbons or something except instead of a chocklet or other thick shell, you could see the ice cream and it looked like that was all it was, just a scoop of ice cream except it didn't melt, although i suppose it would have eventually if you got it warm enough and left it that way, but anyway it had this surface that was like some kind of gauze netting, really fine, such that you could pick them up with your fingers and "melts in your mouth, not in your hand" literaly. the ingredients mentioned powdered sugar some i'm guessing that's part of how they did it, thin nonstick surface on an ice cream ball. the same thing came in chocklet too. i was going to get some of the chocklet ones today but it was too warm outside to risk it, as far as i had to carry stuff on the bus.
also i didn't get the sushi like i was going to because, you know those little packets of pickled ginger that comes with it are way to small, and the big packets of wasabi, what a waste, i'm really not into wasabi (basicly some kind of green japanese horseradisih, from the taste of it), so any way i was looking for like a jar or some kind of larger amount of the pickled ginger to go with it but i couldn't find any, and then i forgot to go back and pick up the sushi.

ah i do love shopping at trader joe's though. tommarow, later today actualy, i go pick up what i didn't get at the bel-aire over by mom's.

Bacon goes great on toast, but I prefer my scrambled eggs on the side, and also I don't believe it is relevant to include old John Coltrane albums in your daily routine, unless you absolutely must.
