I play guitar with my toes sometimes... I can do "A", "D" and a couple of other chords.

I can also play some simple tunes on the 1st string with them.

Uhhum... it's not too hard, I have flexible toes. Doing it right now while posting... I don't think I'll ever get past the basic chords... but if I can play F like that one day... I'll be a very happy man
