Tarot Cards?

Thoughts?

 

love tarot cards..i have 2 sets of oracle cards & one of regular tarot cards.

 

Don't really have much of an opinion yet (if I can take them seriously or not), but I have a deck and want to learn to give readings. My deck isn't the best to start out with as a beginner though, I want the Rider-Waite one.

 

my mom is way into tarot, i on the other hand, know nothing about it. go figure.

I love my tarot. I got a deck from my mom a couple birthdays ago... I used them for a while, then gave them away to a friend last year. That friend moved away to Alberta, but somehow, through another person, the cards made their way back to me again... I've had some cool experiences with them so it's very fun.

 

Its stupid bullshit like religion.

Sometimes i like to take tarot cards on a plane with me and stack the deck with death cards...
it helps if it's a busy flight and the person next to you pays attention...
"I don't understand there is only supposed to be one per pack"...

i like them, although i haven't had much experience with them..

 

I've been reading the cards for a few years now. Im actualy pretty good at it, if I do say so myself, but I have been outa practice lately.

tarot cards are fucking retarded. i dont understand how this many ppl can partake in reading cards that mean absolutely nothing

My friend bought her mom a deck for christmas. She told us to try to figure it out, cause she couldn't.

So we tried, but of course our dumbasses couldn't figure it out either haha.. so I don't really like them that much.

I once bought a book called 'The Book of Runes'. I have no idea where it is now. I know nothing of tarot cards & the like, but I know I love Carnivale.... and that's all the cards remind me of.

 

I can see my pack of cards from here. I should probably get them out and do a 2007 reading. I find it interesting to write down the readings and then review them at a later time. Much that is not understood at the time can be revealed days/months/years later.
I used to do some readings online for free in chat rooms.
