Medical marijuana has been legal in Oregon for some time now. Just this year we are able to grow our own crops instead of going through a middle man. Yay!
Patients get to assign their own caregivers AND growers. Yay!


You have to have a debilitating disease to get m.m cards here. What exactly your doctor views as debilitating, is entirely up to them. I know a guy who has a card due to his I.B.S.

 

California is laid back on what gets you a card unlike other states. Since I am disabled with with pain it was easy for me to get.Others I read just find a doctor on a list that just do for the money.

 

i am a migraine sufferer. i mean it, it's terrible! the headaches do not respond to over-the-counter pankillers or tylenol with caffiene and codine, which a co-worker buys in canada for her own migraines. th pain is unbearable and makes it difficult to parent or work.

can i get medicinal weed for migraine in oregon? what states allow medicinal use for migraine, other than california?

 

If your doctor currently says your headaches are dibilitating, then yes, a weed doctor in Oregon will give you a script for it. Otherwise, no.

Which is really cool, cos instead of charging people $200 to try to get a medical card, they will see if the documents from your current doctor will make you eligible, before they will charge you.
Go down and see what you can get. The worst they can do is tell you no, and offer an explanation why.

If you are on SSI/SSD a medical marijuana card will only cost you $20 per year instead of $200 in Oregon. :spliff:

Oregon has medical pot, so far like 11 states otherrs trying. The only trouble is that the avg club has for the ful state is 3-6 unlike cali were theres over 140+legal and about 50 not

Oregon in 70s were first of the 15 states to Decriminalization pot 14 would do the same over next 12 years.

Medical use is hard to get ok from what I have read and been told .
