yeaterday i was driving around with some friends smoking in the car. we arrive at one girls house and the guy next door called the cops. as were driving through my neighborhood to drop off this girl i asked to go home and put my pot and bowl away because i was done smoking for the night and i wanted to save some. so the driver told me to wait until we drop off one more person.so we pull into the drive way to drop him off and a cop pulls up, he tells the driver that she didnt make a right signal,at this point im flipping out i have a bowl and a dime, bob has a bowl and john has a half ounce and two pipes so i put my pot in the seat and keep my bowl. the cop calls in for backup and now we have three cruisers and every one has to get out of the car. they ask us they they are looking for pot and if anyone wanted to fess up, i didnt want to get the driver in trouble(even though she drives like shit) so i told the cop i put some pot in the seat so john comes clean and says he has pot and bob had papers so all three of us are under arest for possesion(misdeameaner) and paraphanelia(misdeameaner).what will my punishment be for two misdeameaners in florida? sorry for such a long story.
i got posession when i was 16 and i just got letter saying the charges were dropeed beacuse it was a first offense...no biggie.
Ya fessing up is a dumb fucking move. It is NOT your job to make the cops job easier, it IS your job to make their job as hard as possible (when busting you) I would have let them try to get a warrant, then let them fucking look through everything, they may have missed it.
In fact, they did miss it (i had to show them) but i was really blazed and got scared and intimidated, even though i know not to fess up.
It might be good that you fessed up, maybe your punishment will be less. I don't know, I was never arrested before, but thats how I'm thinking. But if they missed whatever you were hiding and you showed them where it was, then that was a dumb move.
i fessed up before they even knew it was there thinking they would most likely find it and i didnt want anyone who wasent responsible to get in trouble,which almost happened because the driver was going to get arrested because they found bobs pipe which he threw out the window and denied owning it even though his puniment would of remained the same, and regardless i would of gotten a possesion charge anyway because of john.Im not stupid, just easily intimidated.
When my room was searched I declined to let them search. So they said, alright we're gonna bring in a dog, then. So they did. I was charged with nothing, that night.
idk man in some places like small towns it is easier to just give them your shit and take the blow of losing ur stash, it has happened to me twice by the same people and i gave them most of wat i had both times and they let me off but it might work and might not, way i see it is ur losin ur weed either way, if u think it'll help to come clean then come clean
2 days ago we got in an accident, threw 1/8th and a bottle of smirnoff in the woods. my bowl is still in the car which i think they found. i got to go to the apex police department tonight at 6. Thsi will be my second offence, i did teen court when i was like 13, im 15 now. I'll let you know how it goes. btw this happend in NC
