honestly.. in the town that I live in girls yell rape just to get a guy in trouble too much drama so I dont know I can see to many little girls starting shit with this...

when does a rape victim truely know that its going to happen? unless she purposefully allows herself to get in the situation.. I mean if it was an idea that would actually work Id be like hell yea it should be allowed.. just seems like too many if's and not like.. it just really doesnt make sense to me really

they were developed mainly for areas in africa where rape is extremely frequent. i'm not really all for it. i have no trust for most females, especially the ones who've just found out their man has been cheating on them, which happens far too often.

 

I've had a couple dates or put myself in situations while drunk where I've thought 'Oh shit what was I thinking and how am I going to get out of this', where I would have had the opportunity to use the restroom and put one on.

I think they should be allowed, but controlled and have written laws against misusing them...although that may turn the tables...men could call rapex just as you suggest women call rape. I'm not going to comment on your belief that women 'cry rape'.

 

having known a couple, i have to say, some women do cry rape when none has happened. it's disgusting.

Really Bella.... that right there would technically in my eyes be crying rape.. because you went and got drunk and allowed yourself to get in that situation.. if your going to let yourself get in that situation you shouldnt be getting that drunk.. and I guess I took a different look on this thread... as for what it does to a mans member... if he's TRULY raping the girl.. then hell yes the mofo deserves it.. they should put some like itching powder on that bitch too if they could find a way for it to not hurt the girl... yea he's going to get caught but he's never really going to know what kind of emotional scars he's laid on that female...

In certain countries in Africa I feel they can have a valid and beneficial use but I feel the potential for abuse elsewhere is rather scary (and I'm not even a guy).
