I've this excellent varigated camoflauge yarn in my stash (where I've some for sale here... http://cgi.ebay.ca/camoflauge-coloured-varigated-yarn-mixed-fibers_W0QQitemZ110032276891QQihZ001QQcategoryZ75569QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem ...shameless plug, so sue me) and I've had a hankering to knit something guy-themed.

Being limited to virtually no patterns at all for men (why the f**k is that?!?!?) I decided to just take any random cabled-scarf pattern and just knit it up.... my hubby's modelling it in this pic.... I think I'll be posting it for sale in my store some time in January....

I like it. I think it is certainly masculine.

Thanks :) I think that cabled knits work for everyone, which is so very cool. My husband especially likes the colour, which is why I initially bought the yarn, to knit him something, but then he got distracted with the idea of my knitting him a sweater, so this yarn was put aside for a long while, to the point where he's changed his mind on the yarn, and hence why some's for sale and some got knit into this scarf.
