What to tell other people when kicked in groinarea ?

What would you tell other people if you had been kicked in your groinarea but you dont want them to know ? A friend from university will come to visit me tomorrow, and theres no way that I can just get up und put normal clothes, i.e. trousers on and sit with them on a chair with legs closed, I will have to stay in bed and cool the swelling with some ice. So to avoid any stupid questions I thought Id just tell him I had some problem with my stomach and have to stay in bed and have to apply some warming device to my stomach (He is studying physics like me, so even if he is curious he would probably not be able to probe too deep into the topic)

Or any better ideas ? If you have please tellm so until about 9 hours from when I post this, otherwise its no use for me anymore !

First, its "testicles", not "balls", I thought I was the one here for whom english is not the mother language, and second, as you remarked very correctly, you dont have them, so you have no idea what this means to a guy, OK ? It's just a part of your body... if you were kicked extremely hard in the ass, would you still not tell people? It also has sexual taboo associated with it.

It had NOTHING to do with her whoppers if you want to imply this with your question, I have treated her like a perfect gentleman (now I know that this was totally wrong in her case) as I do with any other woman, it was something totally unrelated.
