    So here's the DL..

McKinnley is a 4 year old Nuetered Male
He's realy a BIG lovebug he's a leaner (as in when your petting him he leans into you) he knows how to sit lay down and shake and he knows STAY really well... He HATES going to the bathroom inside (right now he's in an indoor/outdoor kennel) and he'll whine and wait until someone will take him for a walk...

but here's why he was brought to us:
SUPPOSEDLY he was starting to show signs of aggression.. according to the previous owner BUT we have had him since the 22nd and Ive managed to pull his whiskers flop his ears grab his lips pull on his tail play with his feet and poke and prod him with every ounce of annoyance I possibly could.. and I just cant make this great dane angry...

he was in a home with 3 kids I beleive and the mother and hte father.. the mother brought him in and claimed that the kids had come home wearing someone elses clothes and it had upset the dog... and because McKinnley is a big boy it made her nervous (of course it would be too) and then she also went on to tell us that when he gets excited he gets nippy (but what dog doesnt get a lil nippy when your rough housing?) but has never broken skin... so Im thinking she was just really intimidated with his size... and didnt realise exactly how big he was really going to get.... and another thing we've noticed Mick (thats what we call him now.. McKinnley is too long) well he doesnt like angry yelling.. like if someone is mad at someone or scolding them he gets upset and gets upset when kids are crying...

but anyways I thought I would post this in hopes of someone in the Northern PA area or Southern NY or even someone willing to make a trip might see it and help us out he's a big baby and I really want to find him a good home.. also wondering if maybe anyone might know of any rescues semi-close by?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated
