They look as though they have been sitting under a heat lamp for days. Like the ones you see at 7-11.

 

If you boil them in water they look even grosser then they explode.

lol i had "veggie weiners" before---NASTY!!! i think i only ate like a half of one! it was so slimy and gross.

 

Haha, so are veggy burgers (at least they were at my university)...

Whenever I felt lie eating veggie for a week or two, I just told the people at the burger joint on campus (I'm not big on burgers, but they's free for students) to throw some a bunch of veggies on the grill and them put 'em on a bun... tasted great.

 

oooh, ill have to try that! i think with the veggie products they tend to go a lil nuts with the soy, which is almost a tasteless ingredient.
