to undo some of the negative angst of unwanted xmas gifts, list 3 gifts u DID like...

Overall I did like my gifts this year, there were a few good ones. My top three that I've received though:

1.) a scarf my neice crocheted me, her first attempt at crocheting which looked totally awesome
2.) a candle holder that my husband welded up, which looks stellar
3.) a cd my brother burned for me with all my favourite songs on it

I'm totally into the homemade gifts, and this year I got some great ones....

 

My partner bought me a digital camera...which was great because I've always wanted one. He also bought me a gift card for a bookstore and since I love to read, I loved that. He also bought this shirt that I saw at a store and absolutely loved, but didn't have the money to buy at the time that reads: "Look out for Small Wild Things"

My boss at the dance studio I work at got a pair of sweatpants with our logo on it and "Miss Annie" (which is what all the kids call me) printed on the butt....I loved that.

Hmmmm...and I just in general, enjoyed the time with my family. That's probably one of the best gifts.

4. My g-parents bought me 4 new tires...it wasn't their Christmas gift but I really really appreciate it!

 

I didn't get lots of stuff by quantity, but it's all about quality... my family pooled their money and got me an ipod, the best thing ever invented for someone who likes music

Got a couple bottles of wine from a co worker, also very nice

Got to see my grandma and some gearhead cousins I haven't seen in a while

 

My mom got me an awesome purse and wallet from South Africa.

I got three new pair of jeans!!!

My new hair dryer, new boots, and scrabble! I love it all actually....

 

i only got 2 "gifts" material wise,, an i loved them both..

Spending time with my close friends on Christmas and then my family all together for dinner
A much needed check so I can reinstate my medical insurance and buy my books for next semester

 

1)My aunt made me this awesome little bag Im in love with!
2) Nick called me (I havent seen the boy in like a year I miss him hella crazy much so it was nice to hear him on Christmas)
3) A gift certificate for Sheddens (the most AWESOME horse place up here so Im thinking Ill get my new barrel saddle in a coupla weeks)

'bout the only thing i dont' care for is the "requiem for a dream" dvd i got, only because i already have it ahah

 

1. A brand spaking new digital camera.
2. An Arsenal FC long sleeved with official patches and Henry 14 on the back
3. Two new pairs of shoes. (Vans and Pumas)

i got a beautiful tanzanite necklace from my boyfriend, a digital camera from my dad, and a trip to the bahamas from my moms side of the family! and I am soo excited. She wrapped up the tickets and put a little beach ball and some sand in a box. It was so cute. and I need some time to spend with her and my sister.

i feel so spoiled. :&

 

1. A Queen Size Aerobed for camping

2. A two burner outdoor stove for camping

3. Clothes and money (in which I bought shoes and clothes and cds)
