I was told that a man in the military can have a way to sue a young girl for having his baby without his 'consent'.. This cant be tru, can it?
Anyone can sue about anything, so I bet someone could raise the lawsuit, but pretty much impossible to actually carry it through at all, unless you could prove that the girl deliberately made an effort to persuade the guy that she had birth control measures and did not AND was then using the baby as some form of leverage to get something out of him. Hehe, complex. Practically speaking though, no not much of a lawsuit in most circumstances.
