know how to make copy ink/toner?

    it seems to be rather easy to acquire free photocopiers in the part of the world i'am, but the toner is another story, not cheap.
    there must be a way to make that stuff for free or cloase to..
    anybody tried this before, got any ideas about how to do it?
    your help would be greatly appreciated!

    I know from several accidents at work that toner appears to be a powder, and our particular machine seems to heat bind it, and it will get used up.

    what can you find on the 'net on "refurbishing" or recycling toner?

    sweet, a lead. i guess finding out what it is made from would be a good first step..

    it's a pretty fine powder in ours (work's) gets everywhere. I'll try to snag the box on the next one. for more info.
