Buy my book. I am not gonna write it again here. Dont grow in perlite unless you mix it with 90 % good potting soil like Foxfarm ocean forest. Plant them in big cups and root them under whatever light long hours on. That should get you vegging. Oh yes, Wet the seeds and watch them sprout. BOG
