Tomorrow night, Thurs. Dec. 21 is New Year's eve. Not by the western Christian calender, but by the universe. Tomorrow is the shortest day(light) of the year (in the northern hemisphere). After tomorrow the daylight keeps getting longer up until late June. I usually gather together with a few friends to mark the re-birth of the sun. We bang on a drum, play guitar, drink, smoke and make merry. Anyone here plan anything tomorrow night to mark the solstice? P.S. If I lived in England I'd head for Stonehenge to hang with the Druids and other assorted pagans.
