ive astral projected before, but only once or twice while i was actually awake. most of my obe's were during lucid dreams or sleep paralysis. i was wondering if anyone had any tips or techniques for astral projecting while awake.
You can "wake induce" outer body experiences, but basically you have to relax your body into a sleep state and stop your mental dialogue. You might be able to project while awake if you are on a strong dose of the right drugs. There are a lot of resource on the web these days for astral projection.
