as for the moon/venus inconjunct ... with the moon in the 10th, i guess it really doesn't have to be the "career" per se, although that's the tooo american or western way of looking at that 10th house ... inconjunct with venus in the 3rd ... which indicates to me that there's a very strong need to bring the venus energy into connection with the emotional energy of the moon ... a great significator for something like a sex therapist if one was consciously developed, anyway.
