What is CALM??

Is calm the name of the gathering that happens in ocala??
I cant find info on this maybe Iam not looking in the right place.

but what is it? if someone says they may not do calm this year, what does that mean?

I would love to volunteer for calm, setting it up and I have had almost 6 years working in nursing, at a hospital here doing icu stepdown and geriatrics.

I love to help as much as I can, who do I talk to about volunteering for calm, and when does it start?

By the way I forgot to mention I looked at the website for Ocala NF, and it says the fee for camping is $4.00 a day is that year round?

 

camping fee, wat? i aint paying no camping fee at a rainbow gathering

 

i know it sounded strange to me to, but thats what it said. and i was afraid i wouldnt have enough money. have they ever charged the gathering for being there?

 

theres no organization to speak of that they could charge...i suppose they could try and charge individuals for camping but i cant imagine that happening...no, gatherings r entirely and 100 percent free...

the gathering is always free, the camping fee you mention is for designated campsites with auto's, such was Buck lake and other campgrounds of the sort. foot traffic is free..

if any one trys to charge you for entering the gathering then they are scaming you.. :detective
