My mom has me paranoid..

So before I leave my house I plan on cleaning out my pipe. But my mom said that just having said pipe on me can get me charged with paraphernalia? I thought if having a pipe on you would get you charged with that they'd be harder to come by..and what if I'm smoking something like salvia or other herbal stuff in it? I think my mom is seriously paranoid..because i watched busted and i can keep myself from being searched. and if i have to i'll burn some fake stuff in it so that it doesn't smell like the stuff..

 

well if there is any resin or anything from anything illegal in the pipe at all, they can charge you. I used to walk around campus with a tobacco pipe, and a few times the damn campus police would take my pipe "To the lab for further investigation, and if I didn't want to give it up, I could go down to the station in person". It was really lame, cause they were all only tobacco pipes.

 

Just hide your bowl good while you're driving. Unless you smoke & drive
(or cover your car in 420 and marijuana stickers), I can't see why a cop would pull you over and assume you had a pipe in your car. Even if he did, he'd just use the pipe for probable-cause to search you and your vehicle.. so as long as you're not driving with a pipe and loads of weed, you shouldn't have a thing to worry about.

Just hide it. Hide it good. And drive safe

OOPS! Didn't realize you was on a walkabout, not driving. Me slow. Roll joints? They're always easier to trash or hide than a pipe.

lol yeah i don't drive...i ride buses..so i keep it well hidden in my purse and don't take it out for anything..same for in my room..i keep it hidden..

 

Unless you're smoking in the open/waving it around/screaming/making loud noise, it shouldn't be a problem.

I used to drive by and hit bowls in front of state troopers with the windows up and they couldn't do anything because they don't know if it's tobacco. If it's that big of a problem, buy a wooden sherlock and play grandpa.
