I also remember exactly where I was when I heard he had been killed......I have an entire wall in my house with nothing on it but photos of him.

    Imagine
    John Lennon

    Imagine there's no heaven
    It's easy if you try
    No hell below us
    Above us only sky
    Imagine all the people
    Living for today...

    Imagine there's no countries
    It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
    And no religion too
    Imagine all the people
    Living life in peace...

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one

    Imagine no possessions
    I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
    A brotherhood of man
    Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world... You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one

I love that song so much. I think "Imagine" is the greatest song ever.

In my opinion, John Lennon will never die. I know, that's only an emotional statement, but to me, everything he lived for and everything he did will live on in the music he made and the people he will continue to touch through it.

Too bad some people can't appreciate the Beatles. Their music really fills me up inside.

i drew a peace sign and flowers on a pair of jeans, and wrote "r.i.p. john lennon" on the back of one of the thighs.

I was never a big Lennon fan, he always gives (DVD, TV material etc..) me the impression of thinking he is better than the other Beatles and also the rest of the world.. never humble at all and always causing trouble just for the attantion.

I dont really see what the big deal with John Lennon is - he was just a doped up hippie who sang quite well....

His message meant so much to alot of people.
He has become my new person to study. I want to know everything about him and what he stood for from the beginning.

Peace and love is all you need!

This was probably my favorite song of John Lennons. I also have a book called John Lennon Unseen Archives. This book is loaded with photos and information on his life and what he went through, RIP John Lennon.
