I have to go to fucking court tomorow

My bitch of a landlady is taking me to court tommorow for smokeing in my condo... what a crock of shit. grrrrrr wish me luck

Is she a cop or something? If my landlord wanted to take me too court over smoking in my place, I'd laugh at them. I wouldn't think that would be possible in the states without a police report. What is she trying to do, kick you out?

 

What were you smoking and is it a non-smoking condo?

 

yea shes trying to kick me out... my lease says thats there is to be know illegal activity in or on the grounds. but all she has is hear say... so no proof. im sure it will be ok shes just being a ****

Good luck. Slumlords can be bitches. My dad owns some townhouses not far from my house and had to take somebody to court. But he had a good reason for it. They hadnt paid in about 4 months, so........

 

Damn that sucks ass, good luck with it. Maybe you should invite her over some time for a bowl and some munchies?
