newbie needs some help

    hey i've been going back and forth on dreads for a few years now.. and ive decided to take the big plunge... im going natural, how should i do it? should i wash my hair with bar soap? i want it to go as fast as possible, so any help ASAP would be amazing

    get dr. bronners peppermint castile soap and do alot of finger twisting

    abit of back combing wouldnt hurt. and maybe salt water

    Wash like every other day with bar soap, baby soap or whatever BUT without conditioners! And just wait wait wait :p and don't comb ofcourse ;) Swimming in salt water helps, and if you can't spray with a mix of water and lemonjuice, helps too ;)

    my friend says u should wash it every 3 days, does it matter?
