If any of you are Mac users, this new GreenPeace campaign might be of interest to you. Greenpeace is asking Apple to clean up its act, stop using toxic materials in their products and implement a more comprehensive recycling or buy-back program. Here's the site: http://www.greenpeace.org/apple/ - be sure to sign the petition & send an e-mail to Apple demanding change!
and are PCs already doing this or is this just Greenpeace's idea of a clever slogan? (remember when groups DID things?)
All computers are made of toxic materials, so PCs are also guilty of that. I believe Greenpeace is targeting Apple with this campaign because they claim to be a so innovative and they have one of the worst track records for implementing recycling programs & such...
ahh. still, I'm thinking these are Captain Obvious marketers (GreenPeace has marketers. I've met a few)
