With unforgettable screams like "Son of a bitch, I'm going to break you!" and "See who gives a fuck!", and "Smite the shepard and the sheep will be scattered!" I find lamb of god to have the most down to earth and soulfull heavy metal vocalist. Randy kicks everyone's ass, and the entire fucking band is pretty much through the cieling in awesomeness. I think I'm gonna cry here if I don't get some L.O.G. fans in the house. Even though Sacrement made me feel as though L.O.G. stood for Lamb of Gay, these guys deserve a fucking chance, because they're the best thing to happen to metal since the guitar and electricity.
I'm new to this part of the forum, so keep a nice guy from crying and give some props to Lamb of God before I jump off a roof.

Vigil, The Faded Line, Remorse is for The Dead, Blood Junkie and Ashes of the Wake are some of my favorite. PS: They used to be called Burn the Priest, and they have many great songs from those days, one of the most famous being Suffering Bastard.

Sacrament wasn't crap. It's really good. Redneck is really good. Also try out Now you've Got Something To Die For.

Now you've got something to die for isn't a bad song. Nothing they do is BAD... But it's a single. Not a single like iron man or master of puppets, but a single like enter sandman. Good song, great song, encites riots, but just not the deep dark heavy lamb of god I've seen through some of their more brutal and raw stuff.

Yeah, Lamb of God is bad ass all the way. In fact, every now and then they play a couple of their songs on the radio stations here. Redneck I know for sure, and theres another one too. I've been jammin to them since their first album with Black Label on it. Kick ass shit.

Terror and hubris/black label... New American gospel and burn the priest stuff was good, but their best CD to me was as the palaces burn. Vigil live... i will never forget!

I hate the vocals quite passionately, some good riffs though.

I really like them including Randy. I liked the first few albums more but they are still a pretty damn good band. A breath of fresh air in the shitty mainstream metal of America.

One thing that always amazed me about the band is how well they manage to pump up the crowd. Alot of energy goes into their performances. I woulden't buy a ticket just to see LoG but if there is another band playing that I like, hell. Why not.

Oh man... seeing them live. Talk about fucking stage energy!!! they didn't do the wall of death, but seeing them at sounds of the undergroudn wass the begining of my true love for metal.

Yeah their old stuff is definitely better but I dont dislike the new stuff. I've seen em live twice and am considering a road trip to portland in March to see em again. Depends on the ol job situation.

Lamb Of God is power and brutality in Metal.
A vocalist that sounds like he's got razorblades and shards of glass stuck in his throat, riffs that can be both catchy or supremely evil, and a drummer that is one of my favourite, ever. Chris Adler is way beyond himself. Anyone who's seen the Lamb Of God DVD (with Sacrament) will understand that Chris is the big cheese of LOG - what he says goes. And he is also the most hard working with a pure passion for what he does, doing 4-5 hour bike rides every day to strengthen his leg muscles and spending the rest of his time drumming and producing music.
Randy in person seems to be the biggest cunting motherfucker around with little or no respect for other band members, no participation in the organisation of LOG's music side of things and an attitude which is quite frankly childish. I have no respect for that guy. Good Metal vocalist, really shitty person.

I doubt you really know what they are like as people to be honest ^

Fucking talented band though. The last two albums have lacked a bit of bite but still good.

You can pretty much tell in interviews that randy is a dipshit. I can't stand him, or his voice.

    As above.

Plus, when you get a DVD of a band's home made clips featuring a year of touring, the things within can only be portrayed as fact.
    I suggest you check the following clip out. Alcohol makes Randy get in these moods, and Randy drinks a lot which, judging by this clip, obviously affects his personality and judgement. Watch this and tell me it looks like the whole thing's act;
