Israel as a nation is one of the most brutal, over-armed, warlike nations on the planet. This is not anti-semetic to believe, as it has nothing to do with Jewish people as a whole.

Whereas the world is constantly worrying over whether a nation like Iran, Syria, or North Korea will use nukes first(of course the US unecessarily used nukes first. Twice.), it is far more likely that Israel will use part of their massive stockpile than any other possibility.

Part of the reason for the widespread hatred of America is because of our insane relationship with Israel, and our blanket support of every one of their policies - regardless of how brutal or evil.

BTW attacking iran will disrupt oil traffic in the Persian Gulf. american military bases in the Gulf States will be targeted, and there is the possibility of also targeting oil wells.Venezuela, an Iranian ally, would stop the flow of its oil to the US. china might also enter the conflict to protect its own oil assets in Khuzestan province that the Iranian had armed heavily to protect its oil resources and to assure the supply of crude oil to its own allies.

As someone who is Half Jewish (Father's side) I have an issue with people shouting "Anti-Semetic" if someone should disagree with Jewish policies in Israel(or any Jewish topic that anyone has the right to disagree with anything they wish without being called ant anti-anything or bigoted).

Well maybe if the Arabs would stop attacking Israel they would not have to be war like. Yet the Bible tells us, that God brought the Jews back to their land so the other nations would attack them. God put the Jews back in Israel so He could reveal to the world who He is. The Arabs are only going to help God fulfill that task. The world forgot, that the God of the Bible gave that land to the Jews. And even though the Arabs control 98% of the land, and all the oil, they don't want the Jews to have the 2%.
Yes America did use are nukes first. I'm sure it would of been far better if America invaded the nation of Japan like we did in Europe. So what if we lost 1 million Americans trying to secure Japan. At least we would not of used our nukes for a quick end of the war.

 

If you look at the issue from a non religious point of view many see it as wrong for Jewish immagrants coming in and forcing Arabs to smaller quarters and even refugee camps.
I have the same issues with my own country of South Africa with whites taking over also with the angry treatment of the Native North Americans.
You can't use a "Holy Text book" to decide what is right or wrong.
Unless you have audio of "God" saying this land belongs to anyone. I don't see it as right to do so!

 

Look-you're always ranting and raving about what the Bible supposedly says (or the Protestant fundamentalist version of it). But, Jesus said that we're supposed to pray for our enemies and do good to those that persecute us. I guess that doesn't apply to the Israelis, does it? They're special, huh? They can just run roughshod over everybody just because you interpret the Bible to say that the Jews are pre-ordained to come back to Israel and do just that.

You Protestant Bible-thumpers really don't have any sense of justice. Jesus said that the peacemakers will be called the children of God, but you never saw a war you didn't like, especially if it's prosecuted by the Americans or Israelis. Because "God" made those countries unique, special. Nonsense.

And it's that attitude that makes people not want to listen to you, to turn a deaf ear to what you say, whether you realize it or not. You guys are just talking to yourselves. If you really want to make converts, why don't you try to show someone compassion, help people on these forums that have problems, that are suffering? Like Christ taught you to do? But, you know something? I don't think you know how to do that. I think all you know how to do is preach to people, and ignore the rest of what Christianity is really about. The Biggest mistake the world is going to make is not taking the Bible seriously. God has prepared a trap for the Islamic Nations. They out number the Jews 100 to 1, and they are going to finally attack Israel in force. They are going to try and push the Jews into the sea and destroy the state of Israel. This is exactly what God wants them to do. God wants the Islamic nations to try and destroy Israel. You can read about Gods plan is in Ezekiel Chapters 37,38,38. It's all there, is anyone listening? If you think the Bible is just some Holy Book that has nothing to say about the time we live in. You could not be more wrong.

 

Here is the problem Campbell you are not a Jew. Your Jesus is not seen through the eyes of the Jews. The idea of jesus and his "virgin" birth is a slap in the face to Judaism.

God gave the Jews the land. The world is telling God we don't care. We want the land for ourselves. Apperently, you don't care what God wants, do you.
