I was reading up on NJ weed laws and it says basically you can go to jail for 3 months. This doesnt mean that you WILL go to jail, correct? It just means that you might? Im really confused here. Kinda paranoid- i really dont wana go to prison.
New Jersey law states any posession amount of 50 grams or less can result up to a max of 6 months. So unless you get caught with 30-40 grams or so on you, you probably don't need to worry about going to jail.
