Not anymore. [IMG] Though I wasn't even really drunk. I just had a bit too much wine (okay, a couple bottles courtesy of Williamsburg Winery... my favorite of the two being a 2001 bottle of Three Blind Moose) at my foreign language teacher's house... and I won a bottle of shampawgnee and a fleece throwover from Kohl's. :D It's such a darling fleece throwover... it has reindeer and christmas trees all over it.

Wine andddd women, now chile, surely gonna be the deathuhmee. I try to change my way of livin, but they juz will not let me be.

What does this dog look like? :)

wait, so you don't have a dog? or you do but its an outdoor dog?

well if you don't have a dog, do this:
You might wanna go to a shelter or something and get like a golden retriever, or something big, but as a puppy(cause they are usually the cutest pups) and bring that one in the house for your mom to see first, and she'll fall in love with it(maybe), and then you make up a story about how the other one was abused and so sweet that you couldn't let it go with out a home so you got it too.

Sadie is her fahjah's Jack Russell, but she wants to take it home. Fattest most darling JRT I've ever seen.

Kinda reminds me of Spunky out of Rocco's Modern Life, for some reason. :D

AHhah.. okay.. just cut down on the table scraps+exercise

    Took that of her today.

She doesn't look very pathetic, so I'll counter it with this: aHahh..

It costs $35 dollars to adopt a dog at the shelter, here.

Well... come Thursday, I'm going to have a permanent slot at a local cafe and I plan to donate a portion of the cover charge to the SPCA/Humane Society... and whatever else comes to mind. I've had friends that worked at my local shelter and I've volunteered there in the past.. plus I've gotten a dog there before, but she was hit by a car.

Plus the whole Keller SPCA charity deal on the 26th. I miss the days where we could bring in bags of food...

Actually, I think we still can. I'd like to install that sort of thing. When I went and saw.. Dickey Betts or Keller.. or Perpetual Groove.. one of those, anyway, they had a semi truck out front collecting canned goods and food. I like the thought of that.

sorry its a lil blurry, we were playing fetch and he wanted the ball!
he is part poodle, part golden retreiver... GOLDEN DOODLE!
    :D

    His name is Ringo!:)

That sucks about it being $225 dollars
If you are thinking about adopting(idk if you were just saying the adoption price or not) maybe you could do like a month-to-month payment

You're pretty much asking your folks to adopt a dog. The odds of you taking it when you move out are pretty low, dunno.

True. If you head off to college they will be the ones taking care of it (at least until 2nd year when you might live off-campus). Dogs are a pain in the arss, just not quite as taxing as having a kid. That being said I LOVE other peoples dogs!

That would depend on the person and if she moves out.

Well... I wouldn't just leave one of my responsibilities with my parents like that. I also don't plan on going off to school either.

Cool. Did either of your parents have a dog when they were young? Maybe they would be a little more approachable?
