health tobacco and weed

Ive started to smoke rolled tobacco leaves(not cigarretes)about six months ago and i want the expert to tell me if

NOTE:The tobacco that i smoke is STRONG SHIT im not kiding if you smoke one of them i have to sit down or will fall sometimes you might even trow up you meal.

I smoke one cigarrete size tobaco joint for day,should i use the high concetraition nicotine tobacco(heavy smoke black african tobacco) to fell the nicotine effect in fewer hits or would be better to my lungs to use the weak low level nicotine tobbaco(but i would have to smoke more than the high concentration one)

HOw arethe chances of developing lung cancer betewenn cigarettes and the pure rolled tobacco?bout 3to 1???

And should i mixe tobacco with weed or it would sart a chain reaction and fuck up my lungs???

And finelly a stupid question, i use PURE HEMP joint pappers do the paper screw your lungs?

Ive been smoking weed sice my 13 but i still want to know do anybody have special techiniques for smoking weed that are worth to teach?

Nobody knows for sure why cigs cause cancer, but a huge concern would be how and which pesticides are used. I know that the tobacco industry likes to spray pesticides that contain radioactive particles.

Take that how you will.

-A lot of people like to mix tobacco with weed, with no immediate problems, of course.

 

yeh mixing is no big deal, and I'm sure actual tobacco is just a little better than cigs, primarily because the rolled tob- is lacking the harmful chemicles that r in cigs.

When I said cigs, I meant tobacco in general. I'm sure they use the same pesticides, guys. I mean, the OP didn't grow the whole leaves from his own garden, correct? Are they organically grown or do they have industry-shit all over them? That is the question.

 

I just had to read a case study for my Current Health Issues course at college, another contributor to Lung Cancer is breathing in particles of the cigarette filter.

if everyones so worried about tobacco being sprayed with shit, why not grow ur own, its not as complicated as weed since u can grow it in ur garden without fear, or windowsill or watever- i reckon hard smokers would save alot of $$$/£££ like this
