The correct way to measure (for studies, and medical purposes) is done by pushing the base of the ruler into the fat pad on your pubic bone till it reaches the pubic bone. This measurement is taken on the top side of the penis. Mines is 6.75" long by 5.25" inches around (about 1.7" in diameter). I think that 8" by 7" around would be ideal for a lifetime.
