Anybody from the Boston area and know of a place I could buy this? I've heard of it--alot-- and am dying to try it. BTW, it's being made illegal? That's the jist I caught from the message board's caption. Damn government. Anybody know when it's being made illegal (I know you obviously can't give me an exact date but is it being pushed quickly to be made illegal or what?) And if/when I do obtain this, where is the best place to smoke it? You can smoke it like a blunt, correct? Sorry for all the questions but if one wants to know then just ask, right?

And you'll need it, since everything you just posted about salvia is incorrect And yeah, you can get it at either headshops, or online, but please don't just use this sacred plant as a "legal recreational high". There's so much more to salvia than that.
Gracias. I didn't mean to come off that way (even though since you mentioned it, I do sound a bit ignorant to the subject.) I'm very much so interested about "expanding my mind", exploring it, etc, etc. I'm just not sure how to go about it (acid has always sounded so appealing to me but this sounds like baby steps to acid.)
Yeah, I would recommend reading the guide a few times over, and then buying some leaf online. I prefer chewing the leaves to smoking them, but you can do whatever you want. shamanspalace.com is a great place to get salvia online, and the people that run it are very kind!
I haven't heard any statements here in canada about its illegalization, but there has been Tv shows and debates about it already. I think it'll take a while before it's illegal, a good couple of years... Damn, when it becomes illegal (if it acutally does) it would suck because it would be hard and expensive to get/grow!
