So there is a huge debate between people who like or don't like Christmas... Well this is a little different. I want to talk about what your fav. winter activity is. Do you like to ski or snowboard? Is sitting in front the fire with warm apple cider what you enjoy? Let’s talk about the positive things about this time of year. Because I for one love winter. Even here in Southern Arizona, it does get cold so I like to curl up on the couch with some baileys and coffee, read a book, and let it be cold outside. So what do you like to do?
I Like being Able to Wear Chunky Clothes and Boots that Cover up my Frame... I Do Not Have Any Winter Activities...
Even when I lived in Kingman,AZ the kids liked to go up to the Haulapai Mts for a snowball fight. We only got about 6 hrs of snow every hr which was enough for me. I ain't crazy about warm cider, so I'll have hot chocolate instead.
i like to hang out with my friends and listen to some rock n' roll and talk about randomness, and yes that is our holiday and every day thing

Oh fun post! I like to attempt snowboarding...I am going to be moving to the mountains in Jan so I guess I'll get better! I also love baking cookies and bread during the winter and crocheting too.
sledding...i love sledding and then hitting jump almost dislocated my shoulder last year - that fucking hurt. snowball fights...snow shoeing is fun.
I haven't been sledding in years... That would be lots of fun. We try to go play in the snow every year.
don't think you'd lie the sledding we do...we go down a mountain or on the side of stair cases onto pavement and then hit the jump which goes onto a hill...but regular sledding is fun. probably the best experience i had in college was the U.P. 500...got drunk, ran around the U.P. in white boxers, getting pelted by snowballs, and iceballs, and then getting knocked down and having someone hose me down with water...its a thing the sophomores in the corps do at my school every winter
In high school we would jump in cold pools, and run around and see who would go inside first. I would always loose
I like getting chubbers in the winter and being able to wear big sweaters too...dessert and cocktails are worth it though...until bathing suit season comes
Tubing, & skiing are my picks..Not that there's anything wrong with snowboarding. I just learned on skis, & it stuck with me.
yah I got attacked by someone in the other topic for no reason really. I was just stating my view that I love it for valuable family time and the dude basically called me a retard for having my own views and enjoying xmas for family time and put words in my mouth about religion or something..oh well, some folks.... But...sledding!
I love big sweatshirts too...I was so skinny from being sick last winter that I have no winter clothes that fit me...it's time to ditch the ones from last year as I highly doubt I will ever be a four again...ah well nice while it lasted *cuddles up in giant poncho and jeans that look like I have a load in my pants*
