director of operations for a non-profit that helps adults with disabilities get and keep jobs. I am really happy because one of my first jobs was being a job coach and then a case manager for the company I am now going to help run and I will get to change all those things I didn't like!
The job in san diego that I have a first interview for down here is director of residential services.
Both are great but I want to be a Director of Ops so bad...that is a big step up for me

Thank you I am a little confused on how I got it still...when they told me to bring my documentation and be ready to get a physica forl after our third interview I had to keep from screaming.

me neither!!! I am just so exicted about the job...it's too competitve in san diego. I have just come to terms that if I wanna be financialy independent I am not going to be able to live here for awhile...it's getting ridiculous and I can always come back on the weekends...or I'll just be across the 10 from downtown LA and I love their garment district. Ahhhahaaaaa I am a happy camper

Do you have any friends that live that way? Did you look into any apartments to get a feel for what is available?
