I have a question when you guys where diagnosed was it hyperactive or non-hyperactive? I have non-hyperactive ADHD. I micromanage my time alog with meds so that I can get everything I need to acomplished in a day. I also don't let myself feel bad it I get off tast because It makes things worse and I get distracted by feeling bad. I actually do my best when I am work on like 50 things at a time I got alot more done that way.

Mixed episode just means rapid cycling. It isn't at the same time.

A mixed episode is not another name for rapid cycling. It's an episode where symptoms of mania and symptoms of depression occur simultaneously. It may sound contradictory, but it's not.
