It's cool, she still lived to 120 in a 3rd world country. And it sounds like she was a good person, i'm sure she's in a better place.
overpopulated perhaps, and with people living some far different lifestyles than most westerners, but india hardly counts as "third world" - its a huge industrialized country, a large part of the world economy and one of the largest producers of films in the world, with many very developed cities, with access to modern medicine and some brilliant scientists....... just because many of the inhabitants are poor (same with mexico, china, and many parts of the united states) and do not live the lives of US business people hardly qualifies them as third world....
