Well, I wouldnt, I dont know how often you take them though. I have a few times before work, and about 3 hours into the day I felt like going home and sleeping. I mean I finished the day and was fine afterwards, but IMO it was not worth feeling lazy all day. So it's really up to you, but I say take it at night just in case, ya know? It's not going to kill ya either way so...
