last night, me and my friend were sitting around, havin a few beers. and i was gettin pretty tired, cuz i only got three hours of sleep the night before. so at about 12:30, i remember looking over at my friend, then at the clock, and then falling asleep. half hour later, i wake up to my friend, my step dad, and my mum all standing around me. my mum was slapping me in the face, and they were all calling my name. ... i fell asleep in my chair, with my legs up and my head on my knees. and on his way out the door, my friend calls my name and i didn't answer. so he walks back over, looks at me and apparently i had my hands on my head and my eyes were open. he said my pupils were shooting back and forth, left and right, really fast and kept rolling back in my head. so he started shouting my name, and smackin me in the legs to wake me up. then started tappin me on the head, still nothing. so he runs upstairs freakin out goin, "something's wrong with james! you guys come help!!!" and that's when everyone came downstairs. after i get smacked around into conciousness, my mum asks, "are you okay?" and i go, "xgjjkgjkdg noo! i was sleeping! what the fuck!?!" and they told me the whole story. they thought i was having a seizure and were getting ready to phone 911. ...talk about a mind fuck!
haha... that's funny... were you just dreaming or something when he looked at your eyes? That's pretty freaky.... I was taking a nap on the couch today while I was watching old episode of Star Trek, and, as I was drifting off, I started having this dream that I was having sex with Captain Kirk, and it was so great that I was just screaming and yelling..... I was only half asleep sort of, and the dream was so real that I got embarrased that I was yelling so loud, then I jumped and woke up and didn't know if I had really been screaming or not.... I don't think I was, because my mom was standing in the kitchen and she didn't say anything.... :&
hahaha, i've done stuff like that before. :& not sexual dreams, but where you can't tell if you're sleeping or awake.
it's best when you answer the phone, and you think you're still sleeping....dreaming.....and you ask whoever is on the phone to bring you bagels immediately. then hang up on them. This is best when it's Best Buy, calling, because you owe them 700$. i ALWAYS have dreams where im never sure if i'm sleeping or awake...or dead....or whats goin on. sleep is a mind fuck on it's own.
once i woke up yelling " tequila sunrise!!!!!" .. hehe cuz i worked on the bar and had made so many cocktails the night before that i dreamed of it all night.. in my dream when the waiter asked me what drink this was.. planters punch or tequila sunrise i yelled at him in nervous rage "tequila sunrise" well.. my eyes opened at that moment and my husband just looked over at me like this then started laughing. haha dreams are cool
but in response to the original thread.. or whichever it was... were you sleeping with your eyes open or what? thats weird. i think i have done that before though.. during sleep paralysis... half open anyway.. and i was aware of the room around me and was desperately trying to wake up but i couldnt move and at the same time was having a dream which was more like hallucinations.. really creepy i do that all the time though. .. but what you described reminded me more of passing out.... passing out is soooo weird
Wow that is freaky. Is there suck a thing as a seisure where only your eyes move though? I sleepwalk and it is a huge hassle. I always wake up after walking really far from the bed, and getting back is tough when extremly tierd. Or the worst is sleepwalking when outside of your own house. Once I woke up outside in the pitch black of night and it took me a good half hour to find my way back to bed.
