Contaminated Skunk In Uk

It's a possibility that you've already been notified about the contaminated grit weed before now, but if there are any of you out there that haven't and this message gets through to you, it'll be worth posting.

As we all know in the uk, there has been a shortage of green for the last 6 weeks or so. Along with the drought there is a large synchronized operation by a large organisation. I'm talking about the only skunk we can get hold of (unless we're fortunate enough to know someone who grows) being covered by what looks like an overwhelming amount of crystals. These crystals are not natural. I assume that this gritty crystal powder is sprayed on to the buds to make it weigh more.

IT IS HARMFULL.

I was caught off guard lastnight and after smoking half a joint passed to me at a gathering, i noticed through the haze of drunkeness that there was something wrong with the smell and taste. It reminded me of some skunk I'd bought from Manchester a few weeks previously. My friend had told me it had sand in it, I laughed at him until he place some between his teeth and it crunched unnaturally. On further inspection I realised that it was covered with a fine powder which was stuck to the bud like pollen. Very dodgy indeed.

Both batches of weed were from Manchester and I wrongly thought it was just connected to only Manny. It's not, It's all over the country, and it's happened over night, as i said earlier, a large organisation is behind it, I'm not into conspiracy theories, i don't think its the government or a terrorist attack, all i know is its real and its harmfull so until we find out exactly what it is, i suggest you test the weed you're buying(you can't see it) by crunching it between 2 spoons, flicking the bag or as i did lastnight, crunching it between your teeth after rubbing my fingers on a bud. Note, if this shit gets in your mouth, it is abrasive and will irritate your throat, mouth and nose.

It is like a very fine sand, like fibreglass. I've heard a few people saying it could be micro glass spheres which is used to make reflective signs or road paint. Whatever it is, it's not good for you. If you do have it, don't smoke it or at least use a filter tip if you need to.

REFUSE TO BUY IT, IT IS HARMFUL. PASS THE FACTS ON.

Anytime, thought I should post these links as they outline the dangers of some of the possibilities. The thing is, underneath the crystals is some very nice weed. It gets you high, I can see a lot of people thinking fuck it, it gets you stoned lets smoke it anyway!!!

Hopefully, we're not being forced to smoke silica sand, check the first link, that stuff is lethal. I seriously doubt it, it's probably just a get rich very quickly scheme brought to you by greedy gangster types, all i know is I'm not risking it.

 

im in the south west and we had that shit come through but from bristol.We herd from people (best not 2 say who i ya know what i mean!) that small spiders that eat the buds infected the HUGE crop (i didnt realise how huge) and its been sprayed with sulphur to kill them.When it smokes it tastes like somthing medical so thats what i recon it is,Sulphur! its does however get you very stoned!!

 

Is not sulhur yellow, and does it smell of eggs if burnt ?

 

We've had some crunchy stuff, tasted fine to me to be honest. But i'm from daaan saaarf, so maybe we only get the quality stuff.

There is a nasty shortage still though, it's fucking annoying.

Oddly enough though...(I live just outside Newcastle by the way) A friend of mine was telling me yesterday that when he got home, the "skinning up tray" contained the only weed left in the house, but he was welcome to smoke it if he fancied. He tried to keep his excitement down when checking out the tray it was absolutely covered with 'THC'...I wonder if we've been getting the same.

It has seemed for the past couple of weeks that the drought is subsiding like.
Hope it's not all down to this dodgy sounding stuff.

 

My friend got some buds once that made his tongue swell up because they'd been rinsed in Chems. Nasty pasty

 

my god this is awful news, i hope to god that anyone that gets offered or sold this awful weed thinks more about their health than they do about getting stoned.

thankfully i get my smoke from a long term friend who gets all the gear home grown & will never buy imported stuff.

I think you may well be right. Still, what's done is done, but i do currently have a bit of a sore chest and throat right now. I'm just hoping it's cos i haven't had any gear for a week or so. Desperately want some though... anyone got any they wanna get rid of (he asks retorically)

I can't though, they published my article in the local newspaper about this contamination. I remained anon of course, I'm just really surprised that they actually printed it. I mustn't be a hypocrite. I will not smoke it.

 

I am so glad somebody else has realised this! this shit is everywhere and is very dodgy. i've given up smoking weed and sticking solely to hash until these dark days have passed (fingers crossed). Weed is meant to be a natural thing, its just wrong, some bastards trying to make quick money on inferior quality weed at the expense of people's health. does anybody know what the shit is they spray on it? SPREAD THE WORD! DONT BUY THIS BOLLOCKS.

dodgy stuff like this, as well as the general lack of being able to get anything anywhere is what drove me to try a mail-order place.

i was worried that (1) i wouldn't get anything for my money & (2) it would get confiscated ... but luckily none of that happened. i only did a trial order at first to be sure i didn't get ripped off; but plan to order some more as soon as i can get the necessary funds together.

i would totally be pissed off if i were spending money on weed and getting shit, much less getting something that could end up making you ill.
what is the world coming to when people are fuckin' with the weed?
