Straight out of the Mississippi Delta...

    ...I come. :) Just lookin' around for a forum here and there...some fresh blood and inspiration is always nice. Though I like the blues and have recorded many local acts here for the last few years, I'm also a DJ & sometimes-producer. I prefer to mix pieces together that rarely are seen in mixes...ecclectic.

    I'm currently trying to get out West to Cali where my maternal side of my family still mostly resides; I'm trying to get a job in production because I spent the last 10 years working at a small-market TV station here in the Delta. But I damn sure don't want another TV job if I can help it...Just not feelin' it anymore...the shit rots your brain; Film is where I want to reside...documentaries would be nice.

    Hope y'all are doin' just spiffy.
