Hey BOG, wassup man? I was wondering does the SBX3 have bigger than normal female flowers? Almost 2months ago, i had slapped a SBX3 into 12/12 and several days it started to look like a male. As I didnt get a female, i figured I would put it back in veg and keep it as a male donor, so I can have at least some mix of a SB. Well, low and behold today, after 2.5 months , i spot female hairs popping out all over the place. Now, I am still mystified over this, is it possible that a male can hermie into female? hehehe Xtbudda...
Not sure but possibly a preflower was unusually large? Any seed can go bad but a male going female? Probably its a hermie but see what happens. It is an unusual bud formation sometimes if its really indica sided. BOG
Hey BOG, thanks for the input. I got my hopes up to high, haha. My first call was right,it was a male or more a hermie. Once I put it back in 12/12, it just went nuts with male preflowers, so it got the axe. It was too pretty and thats usually the first clue. haha.
