Im sorry i dont understand the question...or your post, really If youre asking about higher education courses in astrology, yes i believe there are a few but they are VERY few. Unfortunately the world generally hasnt woken to recognise astrology as a credible science yet If youre asking about your planetary positions im a bit lost as i didnt comprehend too well...neptune in what? and at what degree and in which house? and...oh la la, i think ill pass this to someone else!

any body can earn a phd, some might have to work harder than others i guess? im not seeing any significance here? however the astrological info you provided is pretty interesting. Scorpio would lend sheer determination and focus (stereotypically known for their borderline obssesions) im curious what area he/she is studying, with neptune in the 1st house. saturn in the 8th house in gemini would bode well mars in the 6th house in aries would lend a drive for detail and meticulousness, in aries, they might be somewhat of a pioneer in an area the three planets in capricorn couldnt hurt lol. and in the airy 3rd house of gemini too, ruled by mercury. might indicate ones ability to transfer many ideas usually existing up in the air (without grounding and structure) into form, organization and sructure, these ideas will be given a foundation in career (capricorn). or perhaps it the other way around because they are in the 3rd house..... anyway, just off the top of my head.

It would really help me to see this chart. All you need to do is copy the url of the chart and then click the "insert image" icon in the "reply to thread" window and then paste the url in the popup.
Just Go to www.photobucket.com, it is a place where you can store Images, and Videos. Create an account there, in order later to make your images Private. Then just press "upload" it will ask you the place on your Hard disk where you have the image/photo.picture and select it, it will be then uploaded into photobucket. after it is uploaded, go down a little, will find under your the image you uploaded, 3 boxs, copy the one you find in the box titled ""img, come back here and Paste it in your post.
